Routine Cleaning

  • Sweep the surface or use a shop vacuum to remove dirt, leaves, and loose debris.
  • Wipe up spills promptly using a mild degreaser and a damp cloth or mop.
  • There’s no need to polish or seal the tiles — they’re designed to stay looking great with basic care.

Tip: A quick sweep or mop every so often will keep your flooring looking sharp.

What If Something Spills?

  1. Locate a corner where the pegged tile edges meet.

  2. Carefully lift the tile using a flathead screwdriver.

  3. Wipe away the liquid or debris underneath.

  4. Snap the tile back into place once the area is clean.

The process only takes a moment, and there’s no need to remove large sections of your floor.

Occasional Deep Cleaning

For larger messes or seasonal cleaning, a deeper wash can help refresh the entire surface.

  1. Slightly lift the row of tiles closest to the garage door or entrance.

  2. Use a hose or pressure washer to rinse the floor from the back of the space toward the front.

  3. If needed, mix in a mild cleaner or degreaser while rinsing.

  4. Allow the area to air dry or use a push broom to move excess water out.

Because the tile system allows water and debris to flow beneath the surface, you don’t need to remove the flooring for a thorough clean — simply lift the edge to let water move through.
